Transparency act

Eyvi is committed to responsible business conduct and transparency across our operations and value chain. We recognize that respecting fundamental human rights and ensuring decent working conditions are essential, both for contributing to a more sustainable society and for maintaining long-term trust with our stakeholders.

As a company subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act, Eyvi works systematically to identify, assess, prevent and manage potential adverse impacts on human rights and working conditions. This work is an integral part of how we operate and develop our business.

Our role and responsibility

Eyvi is an international supplier of turnkey facilities for land-based aquaculture. We design, deliver and maintain customized facilities, working closely with our client throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Through our role as a turnkey partner, we are in a position to influence decisions across projects and supply chains. This gives us both an opportunity and a responsibility to promote responsible practices – in our own operations and in collaboration with our suppliers, subcontractors and business partners.

Governance and guidelines

Eyvi’s work on responsible business conduct is anchored in our internal policies and guidelines. Our Code of Conduct applies to all employees, consultants and hired personnel, and sets clear expectations for ethical behavior, respect for human rights and responsible business practices.

We expect the same standards from our suppliers and partners. Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the requirements they must meet, including compliance with applicable laws and internationally recognized principles such as:

  • The UN Global Compact
  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • The ILO conventions on labour rights
  • OECD guidelines for responsible business conduct

Due diligence in practice

Eyvi follows a structured approach to due diligence based on internationally recognized frameworks. This includes:

  • Mapping and assessing risks in our operations and supply chain
  • Implementing preventive and mitigating measures
  • Monitoring and evaluating our efforts over time
  • Maintaining dialogue with suppliers and partners

We acknowledge that risk levels may change over time due to operational developments and external factors and therefore treat due diligence as a continuous process.

Our procurement processes include supplier evaluations covering criteria such as quality, delivery performance, sustainability and ethical standards. Suppliers are expected to adhere to our requirements and may be subject to follow-up activities such as assessments, audits or site visits.

Health, safety and working conditions

Health, safety and working conditions are key priorities in all our projects. We work systematically to prevent incidents and ensure safe working environments for our own employees and for workers throughout our value chain.

This includes structured HSE processes, clear responsibilities on site and continuous improvement measures to reduce risk and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Reporting and dialogue

Eyvi encourages transparency and open dialogue. Employees and external stakeholders can raise concerns related to working conditions, human rights or ethical conduct through established reporting channels.

We are committed to handling such concerns responsibly and to taking appropriate measures if adverse impacts are identified.
